    hi there,

Before I let my machine join mountains of landfill, was hoping someone might be able to help?

My machine wasn’t draining properly for a couple of weeks. Now it’s stopped draining at the end of a cycle, but seems to drain during?? It also isn’t spinning as well as it was. I have also noticed a noise through most of the cycle that it wasn’t making before.

I’ve done all the standard things, checking nothing is blocking pipes/pump. We then ordered a replacement pump as we thought it was that but no luck.

Any advice would be much appreciated before she goes to the tip 😕

    Hi

Your ip address suggests you are posting from Oz so I have moved you down to our Australian forum.

It may be worth checking the motor brushes. They need to have a good length on them with nice shiny ends and no pitting, also the armature needs to be clean with no raised segments.

    Don
