    Hi there
    just been and put a new lock on this model but it is still not working .
    Q is there a reset procedure on this model.
    Q or is there a common fault i should be looking for.

    have you checked its not a latch problem had at least one where the hook did not go in far enough to operate lock

    Used the link information .
    Off position.
    Hold start.
    To turns anticlockwise.
    And release start button and turn switch to the off position.

    Worked a Treat :tup:
