    Morning Guys I have a Siemens WK14D540GB/03 which is displaying upload on the display, can anyone tell me what that means please. I haven’t been to this machine yet to check it, my regular customer doesn’t want to book me in until I have an explanation for it.

    I don’t know the answer TBH but as the display has only 4 digits I’m curious as to how it shows 6?

    The programme module comes preconfigured so there’s no set up or uploading routine required as far as I am aware. You could suggest your customer ‘reset’ the programme by pressing and holding the start button for 5 secs. That just may clear the display message at least?

    Hi Martin thanks a lot I didn’t know about that reset I’ll let her know. It displays up and then load.

    Update on this one, it was saying unload not upload. The carbon brushes needed replacing. My customer reported that it wouldn’t complete the fluff clean cycle and would stop on 1 minute (heaters were fine)
