KeymasterI have successfully repaired my Beaumatic B180 oven by replacing the control switch, but the replacement part I was sent was a “4position + off” whereas the original was a “5 position and off” but Baumatic say they don’t do a 5+off.
Both blocks had the same connectors, so I put the wires in the same place, but only one switch position works… anyone have a wiring diagram for these switches?ALSO: The Campini Ty60 (T210) 35-99 150°C part has blown, anyone know where to source this part?

Don’t worry, all sorted….
Got the Campini part for £1.62 (instead of Baumatic’s £20.02)
Got the selector switch for £16.80 (instead of Baumatic’s £46.27)Feel happy now I’ve made that saving… but I wonder if Baumatic will refund the £30 for the wrong selector switch they sent me??

OK, the Campini Thermal cut-out wasn’t actually a replacement Campini part but an equivalent manufacturer, but still the same design and the right specs. I got a 150°C one, but they come in various temperatures.
I actually ended up getting the 5+off selector for only £13.76, (whirlpool use the same switch).
I’ve noticed a few posts asking about that damn Campini part, maybe there’s a market, what shall we say…. half Baumatic price?

No, I know where to get them I just wondered if it was the same place 😉
Make sure the Amperage or higher is the same of course.

It’s rated at 10A which is same as the Campini part. Even though the oven has a 13A fuse?
Charlie Papa Charlie (is that too obvious) 🙄

Where do I get a the correct simmerstat for a Baumatic B10. Baumatic, as usual, have sent me the wrong one as it is too big to fit in the plastic housing, they tell me it can be replaced individual.

They do have one spares distributor but they are wholly reliant on Baumatic themselves, so back to Baumatic I’m afraid as they are the only place to get spares for their own products ultimately 🙁
