Beko washer dryer WDA91440W – lack of heat

Couldn’t find what’s wrong with it, heater temperature reached up to 40 degrees under Cotton dry.

Two Thermal cut out not popped. Both heaters terminals giving readings of (Green and Blue – 86 ohms, White and Blue – 65 ohms). Kinda high for heater… I guess with energy efficiency and two turbo fans eliminate the need for powerful heaters.

Any chance for tech diagrams to give ideas on what could be the cause?

I can’t see condenser filter, too densely packed…
