I’ve been asked to look at this commercial dishwasher.
I’me trying to work out the principle / sequence of wash program (basically how it works; what water is pumped out at end of wash; the big reservoir stays until end of day; is fresh water used for rinsing; all these sort of questions!).
There is most likely nothing wrong but the user needs help in understanding how to use it.
The instructions supplied are not a lot of help & the supplier hasn’t been forthcoming.
Wonder if any one can help or suggest a source of info on general operation of this sort of machine. Googled it but not found what i need.Tom

machine fills up initially with water and detergent is added via a pump. once full rinse tank heats first then the wash tank
when hot unit washes and then rinses with very hot water mixed with a rinse aid. As new water is added each wash excess water is pumped away and small amount of detergent is added to the tank to make up for lossesmachines used for food washing need to have a break tank fitted inside the machine. if its only used for beer glasses then you can forgo this but its advisable to have a non return valve in the water inlet (double check valve). This is to stop clean water contamination in the event of main failure
