    customer says machine coming up with e19 code i can’t find the answer can anyone help please. thanks in anticipation .

    Hi called to dw today details are: enr smv58l00gb/35 fnr 00606 fd 9508. On examination valve between heat exchanger and tub is o/c could this cause e19 and how after replacing do i clear the fault ?. Thanks in anticipation Geoff 1312.

    If you are talking about the wax solenoid that opens up to drain the right side tank then just plug on one nicked from a dispenser unit and the fault should go away. The “liquor tank” as it is called by Bosch only drains at the beginning of the cycle and then refills at the end. I found the hose that joined the tank to the nozzle on the diverter valve was blocked and that caused the tank not to fill, didn’t error code though.

    Thanks Steve will try what you say . A new valve isn’t too epensive so may go down that route , thanks again .
