Neff s51t69x2gb/52 has two lights flashing

Evening guys, been out to the above dishwasher today and cant get it to do nothing!!
as soon as you turn it on the tap and dry light start flashing, no water in the base, heat pump heater side seems ok and i plugged another drain pump in just to eleminate that too, its one of them touch panel do da ones, so if anybody can point me in the right direction i would be most gratefull.
