Whirlpool 25.6 Cu.Ft. problem

I have a refrigerator Whirlpool 25.6 Cu.Ft. (side by side) . 4 years. 3 worked without any complaints. It all started that year: in June I decided to outweigh the door to the other side. After that, after a couple of days, I started to get very cold in the refrigerator. Later, water first appeared on the walls of the refrigerating chamber. After it stopped cooling: the temp. +15. 😳 ❓ The freezer freezes perfectly. I summoned the master, he looked, there was a radiator all over the ice above the window of the exit from the refrigerating chamber. I changed the sensor, which is in the radiator of the freezer. The problem did not go away. After a couple of days, in the refrigerator again +15. The master checked everything, searched, but except for advice how to outweigh the door back, found nothing. The door was put back and the sensor in the radiator shoved closer to the exit to the refrigerator.

All these manipulations with the master’s visit to my house took a month. As a result, nothing changed and the fridge began to work. The winter passed and the refrigerator worked without any complaints. Summer has come. Today I was unpleasantly surprised – in the refrigerator again +15. Opened the back wall in the freezer – the radiator again in the ice. What to do????? Please, tell me !!! We do not have any really smart masters!
