    It’s always a relative that causes the headaches isn’t it…. :rolls:

    My niece put a bath mat without wash instructions into her integ washer and the result was a machine full of what looks like plaster :bang:
    Finally got all the bits out and drained the machine but ever since when you put it on a programme it fills for 5 secs drains a bit then nothing.
    She mentioned it had overfilled when it failed so thinking it may have damaged the pressure switch I replaced this but no difference. then they tell me it’s still under warranty……..hoses and sump underneath now full of grey ‘plaster’ and different p/switch.
    One thing I’ve noticed is that the motor is meggering at 5 MOhm, other than that everything tests fine.
    Tried a Hotpoint style reset with a litre of water but no go….any ideas please….Mother is doing my head in over it :bang:

    Have you checked that the DC Module isn’t blown as the weight of the bathmat could have overloaded the motor causing the DC module to pop some of its tracks.

    Oops. Looks like I edited out a vital bit of info from the original script. It should have read
