I think that the correct model number is ESI6601ROX.

Looking at the diagrams it looks like the power switch is an automatic type with a built in solenoid between contacts B1 and B2 (only used to turn the machine off), the only switch contacts are between A1 and A2, the other contacts A3 and A4 are shorted together, there may also be some form of indicator lamp between A1 and A3/4.

Power enters the module on A1(Live) and A3(Neutral), the neutral should then be fed out to the power switch on K1 and return on K2. If all of this is happening then I would suggest that you have a power supply failure on the module which may only require the changing of a couple of components to fix.
