    We have a Hoover fridge freezer hvbf5182wwk. There’s water collecting and freezing in the bottom of the freezer compartment.

    There are four screws a the inside back of the compartment. I’ve taken those out but the inside rear panel still seems attached at the top.

    Any ideas on the cause and how to get the panel off ?
