Beko WMI651241 Goes to end after a few seconds

Call the the above machine as it goes to ‘end’ after about 20 seconds.

There was a leak from the small anti-siphon hose in the back of the tub.
There’s an slight insulation fault of 400M? in the motor which I think is caused by the damp under the machine.

Element and NTC check out OK.

This machine is only just over a year old.
Any help would be appreciated.
