I have a diplomat 8102/1 dishwasher that has suddenly started to leak around the door. I’ve had a look at the seal but can’t find anything obviously wrong. There are 2 plastic seal holders at the bottom, one either side, and I’m not sure how these should be fixed. I think that the water is coning out around the seal holders, they seem to be loose and I’m not able to see how they should be secured. Please help!!

Before you condemn the door seal, take a look at the bottom spray arm, they split along the seems and spray water in all directions causing this fault 😉

    Replace it, they aren’t expensive.

I can get one for you, I’ll check in the morning re price etc when I’m back in the office 😉

£18.59 inc VAT and delivery Tony.

An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get the ball rolling if you’d like one ordered.

    Dave.
