Our dishwasher has not been working for last couple for days.

Lights 1,2,3 from left are flashing, and light 5 is solid. I tried a reset as described in one of the threads in this forum –

“Turn off at the power button and leave for 10 seconds.
Turn on power button and press the program button 4 times
I found that you had to be very quick pressing the program button four times after powering up. You know you’ve hit it right when then two outer lights stay lit.
Then push the program button once.
Then power off (without closing the door).
Wait 15 seconds then power up and the reset should have taken place. “

The lights went back to normal. I chose the Eco mode and started dishwasher. Seemed to make some noises as if starting up. But stops after 2-3 minutes.

    Help please!
Do I need an engineer? If so, couldyou recommend one? My postcode is NW3 5DP

I would say this is an engineer job to be honest.

Go to repairs@ and input your details, there is an engineer that covers NW3 on the site, FFS Services 😀

It still sounds like the board needs reset.

Apart form a faulty timer & motor a blockage in the pressure system (air break, pressure switch hose) and/or the regen chamber may be causing this.

Messy but managable job for an engineer to clean these out.
