    Have a customer complaining that one of the relays on the facia pcb is clicking at times. Appliance works OK but clicking is getting on their wick. Any ideas ? Thanks – Ian.

    Ok, no real idea as to the cause but what about the door switch? Door dropped slightly and interior light going on and off?
    12 nc also brings up a german machine?

    Strange you mentioned that, I thought of that one but having looked at the thing realised it was a freezer. Wouldn’t have been so bad but the customer was standing next to me – felt a right prat!!

    Could it be just a normal relay clicking the compressor on and off like the german stuff? How frequently is it doing it?

    The thing chatters at times and that is whats causing the customer grief.
