Hi Guys, any assistance would be grateful I have this Beko WM74145W washing machine and if you put it on spin the pump will run for 10 secs then the appliance will go silent and the countdown timer sits at 12 minutes, every now and again the the pump cuts in for about 10 seconds until the appliance seems to time out leaving the cold light, 1400 spin light and the ready light. if you then press the start button a E01 error comes up. Any ideas ???

Hi Dave thanks for the manual, I already tried that with a known working NTC. I had the motor off because the customer had already had the motor out to check the brushes and when I spun the motor by hand it sounded like one brush was the wrong way round, upon inspection of the motor I can see he has put one of the brushes back in the wrong position, once I had re-sited the brush I can hear and see that three of the segments on the armature are raised, my guess is that the motor is faulty and probably taken the module with it, But how far do you go with a £180.00 washing machine

    Exactly
Qualtex shows motor at £78 +vat and carriage which is half the cost of the machine

such is the problems of cheap imports.

we all know its not sustainable as we are producing carbon dioxide to make appliance with short life spans
