    HI Guys,

iv been out to see this machine for a quick inspection..

dead machine, checked mains input and power going past filter ok

customer said it tripped before stopping working, i did not investigate the tripping on last visit so im presuming something has blown the board?

so its not tripping now but dead board by sounds of it.

does this sound familiar? im going to do an insulation test next visit but has to be repaired at all costs with cost of pcb boards bit worried about the tripping..

if its boards then they will need to be programmed. that means if you have not got one you would need to buy s programmer and the software for the board as well

is it not covered by a 5 year parts warranty? would be a lot cheaper for the customer and easier for you

    have pm;ed you the manual

you could buy a new board and get EMW to programme it. have done that once or twice

even get a second hand board and get tony to change software or check its correct

    :eeek:

Thanks for info, replaced board that was programmed for that model and its still dead, iv been right through machine this time, removed facia no signs of blown tracks or burning? my gut says its the facia board? iv had my meter over the mains input and its fine, all wiring looks intact…
