🙁 Can you help? The upper spray arm for a Tricity Bendix DH101 dishwasher, (The unit clips to the upper basket.)had stopped rotating during the wash cycle,so on further investigation I tried to remove it so I could clean it however I’ve snapped it off. 😳
Could you tell me why it would have stopped rotating and could you possibly help me to identify a new one ❓
    Thanks

1524902-00/2 is the feed tube running along the bottom of the basket.
1524744-02/4 is the upper rotor itself.

    Contact spares@ukwhitegoods.com to organise ordering.

The actual fault may be as simple as the rotor tips being blocked, preventing rotation.

Other possibilities include the machine underfilling, or the circulation pump running slowly; both known problems on this range. However they are rather complex problems to resolve, so if the new rotor does not solve your problem, it’s engineer time.

Does anyone know how to remove the upper spray arm safely on this model without snapping it off? Is the easiest solution to take the upper basket out & clean it in situ?
Mine is so full of stuff my glasses would come out cleaner if I stood them behind the council gritting lorry!! 😯

Take the whole basket out if it’s not coming off easily, although if it’s blocked that badly a replacement sometimes is the only cure.
