Zanussi ZRB224NWO – freezer cold but not freezing

Hi,

Apologies for my first post being a cry for help but there seems to be lots of helpful folk on here 😀

Had this Fridge Freezer for a while now but we’re moving house early next year and would prefer a bigger one so trying to avoid spending a lot of money.

I noticed all of the food in the freezer seemed to have defrosted yesterday. Cleared it all out and put a glass of water in at about 6PM yesterday. It’s still not frozen but it is cold (at 9AM this morning)

There aren’t any freezer controls so I can’t adjust anything but not sure if there’s anything I can check or if it’s just gone to freezer heaven.

Please help!
