    Wondering what sort of information and/or disclaimers people put on their job sheets and invoices customers.

    Probably easier to put full T+Cs on your website. Then include on invoices etc ‘see website for full T+Cs’.

    Thanks. These really help. I hadn’t looked that far back in the archives.

    Wondered if anyone put any advice on checking for leaks a few weeks after visit or turning taps off after use etc

    I see where you are coming from here. If only our job was that simple and devoid of all risk and potential come-backs eh? I only know of one such profession and it involves getting elected as an MP. Comes with lots of perks including a gold-plated pension.
