    Good morning everyone,

Wondering if anyone can assist with a problem on the above cooker hobs?

Essentially, the only hob that works is the left hand rear.

The other three trip immediately after they are switched on, and I’m struggling to ascertain why.

The above hotplates all give decent Ohms resistances, and the wiring to and from the switches is fine.

The switches all look fine, no signs of heat damage or faulty contacts.

Not sure if a wiring diagram will help, and wonder if I’m overlooking something?

    not been washed have they?

had one that had been steam cleaned and had to use a blowlamp to dry them

did all three go faulty at once or has the client had problem with 1 then 2 etc ?

    Good evening Dave,

Have confirmed that the hobs have been washed, but not steam cleaned, and I think all the faulty one’s have become so together.

So, seems like a moisture issue.

Will return to customers’ and update you.

    Many thanks,

    Thanks again Dave,

Heat gun applied to hotplates in question, and all sorted.
