A customer is complaining the above machine is getting extremely hot when used.

There are two NTC’s, one in the front and one on the element. I am assuming it’s one of these NTC’s that has failed. What resistance should I expect to get on these?

If one of these fail should the machine give an error?

Any idea which would be the likely culprit?

What makes her think it’s getting too hot?
Are clothes shrinking, or is she opening the door mid cycle.

Now she says when she takes the clothes out they are hot and damp!
She’s using a sensor setting, for cottons ‘easy care cottons’ and ‘mixed load’ …..mixed load.
The condenser and filter are both clean.
The pump chamber/sump is also clean.

    Sounds like a blocked condenser.

First thing I checked. Also made sure user wasn’t placing anything in front of the air inlet for the condenser.

Check the condenser fan on the RHS making sure it’s not blocked.
