Looking for some help with our washing machine. It won’t take fabric softener in to the rinse cycle.
I’ve taken the soap tray out and cleaned it and checked all the jets which aren’t blocked etiher.
We ran it through on a rinse cycle with the top of the machine off so we could see what’s happening. Only one of the inlets was taking water so the water wasn’t going into the softener tray but straight in to the machine.
Any advice?
