Hi.serial number 32900515 – 17260418. This Hoover floods. I`ve easily tracked it down to a rubber hose that goes from the motor to the plastic nozzle that supports the lower wash blade. This hose has blown off this nozzle. I had a look at the special clip and there is nothing wrong with it but I replaced it with a narrow hose clip to try it again on quick wash: the machine heated up on wash to about 40 degrees and then the machine blew the pipe off = flood == it released its bowels! Then I re-did the whole thing again ( much swearing under breath! ) and tried it again from a fresh start and superb it worked and so it went right through the programme to the very end This included the hot water being pumped out, freezing cold then filling and the usual expansion of the tank that follows so it coped with that. Thinking the pox ridden device was behaving itself the piece of just out of warranty junk was reinstalled and retested: once again it released its bowels just before wash pump out.Things checked are, breather side chamber good, sump good, thought there might be a problem with the internal conveyor plastic moulded pipe that goes to feed upper basket but cannot see a dicky bird. Wash blades good no blockages. Totally and utterly at a loss, baffled. Any ideas please on this incontinent machine?
