    This is a call from a customer, I have no intention of going to repair this machine but promised to obtain some info for him.

    Who actually makes this machine?
    Who is the ‘offical’ service agent?

    His complaint is that the machine jumps violently just as it goes into spin, but then seems to spin OK.

    I have asked him about loading and he states that it does it on every load, regardless of weight/type etc.

    It’s a BSH Group one, getting them to admit it though could be a chore. 😉

    It’s made by Sittal in Italy (sp?) but is serviced by BSH.
    They have two yellow 0.5m long strips of foam packaging wedged either side of the tub that is often left in place by the fitter. 🙄
    Could also be the module at fault.

    There is a known fault with the modules on these machines, it is indeed a sital machine and BSH would do the repairs, we have these modules in stock, regards – sean
