Can you help me? We’ve got a Beko CDA671FW fridge/freezer but the fridge just doesn’t get cold anymore? I’ve read the articles on your website and think it may be thermistors ? The freezer does get cold but only goes down to about -7 degrees. What do you suggest?

you could try a full defrost but if the compressor seems to be running constantly then you would need a refrigeration engineer. if it just needs gas its not too bad but if the compressor is failing then time to get rid.
the unit is a minimum 5 years old and likely a lot older so it may not be worth it

the early units of these use standard mechanical thermostats so don’t have ntc’s. if your does have them the will be a small cover at the top rear of the unit that has a circuit board. no board means no NTC
