Hi all,
My Bosch Classixx 1200 keeps blowing the RCD. I narrowed it down to the machine & also have changed the heater element as was indicated on here. After replacing it yesterday evening, I ran a wash on 30degrees without issue, but this morning its blowing the RCD again. This is only happening on a temperature controlled wash.
I now have it running on a “freshen & rinse” programme which I presume has no heat and is running fine (as it did before the heater element).
A friend tested the old element & the readings were all over the place so we replaced it.
Can anyone help me find the issue please? Am tearing my hair out!

don’t ever assume the new part is not faulty
I assume you have no leaks anywhere. Even a drip in the wrong place can cause this
Have you tried a different socket. If the socket was faulty its more likely to cause problems when a high current is being pulled ie when the heater switches on

Thanks for coming back Dave.
All checked and dry. I’ve just put on a wash cycle using a different socket & praying! Am confused though as to why it ran a cycle after I replaced the element last night, but today it blew again?
Will update how it goes. If it still trips the RCD on another circuit, what then do you suggest?
