ParticipantJust started yesterday have empties drained and got door open. Plugged in still had old cycle timer left but door was open so reset cycle. Tried to just do spin and pump cycle which I was able to select, started spin/pump immediate trip, reset RCD turn on again old spin cycle still active immediately trips. Hard to tell what is issue? Will try some further troubleshooting just wonder if anything obvious to any, the power stays on when not in cycle but when cycle selected trips RCD so far with both an almost completed cycle and test with pump spin. Since at the very beginning of spin pump cycle could it be the pump that is tripping RCD? How can I test if pump is suspect, or heater or? OK so unplugged electrical to pump out motor and retried spin/pump out cycle, tripped RCD again right after start immediately after door lock at start of cycle….so stumped with what it is.

Disconnected heater and all is well again! Will replace heater element. Surprised heater trips all functions even ones that don’t require the heater! Anyway lesson learned do troubleshooting in a methodology that allows identity of issue to present it self. -
