aeg lavamat washing machine Er20 – draining issue

I am hoping for some advice regarding my aeg lavamat washing machine which has worked well for over 2 years. It has begun displaying an error message of er20 during washing and drying cycles. I have cleared the filter numerous times, pulled the machine out to make sure the hose at the back is not bent or trapped and checked around the seal of the door in case any sequins or fluff has become trapped. Unfortunately the error continues. Any advice that could help solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
