    Tumble dryer heats up but customer says not drying and leaving clothes wet. Fan comes on ok and pump working.
    Any help please.

    is there water flow into condenser ?

    Probably the condenser unit is all fluffed up with lint.

    If you take the dry motor off, you can get get a clothes wire and scrape it out, bit of a pig to access and clean out though.

    you will not be able to hear the water running into the condenser when its drying as its a very slow flow. first I would check the valve coil and you will have to visibly check for flow. There is a small plastic break tank at the rear you can see the flow in it
