Siemens Dishwasher SN65M031GB/18 – Low insulation on heater

Afternoon all,

I went out to the above machine a couple of weeks ago to sort out the machine tripping the electrics, the heater was very low insulation so changed the heater/wash pump and left the customer with it working.

They have been away for a week and used the machine around 5 times since they got back and it has now started tripping again, popped in and the heater was low insulation again, every thing else is fine in the machine, it drains, the main board visually looks ok and I wanted to see if anyone knew or a reasons for this to happen or have I just got a dud from the factory (its a original part used).

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
