    Hi I am having trouble resetting a Samsung DV90H8000HW/EU which is showing HE. I understand this means it has overheated so I cleaned it out and showed the customer the second filter at the bottom. However I can’t reset it can anyone help please?

    its listed as compressor overheat in the owners manual

    Ah thanks, so what do I need to do to fix it? Has the compressor had it?

    cant help you there but knowing above I would check around the compressor and see. there must be some sort of ntc sensing it ( I assume )
