    Evening all,

been out out to this machine as customer reported it stops mid cycle (various times on daily cycle).

checked drainage, pressure system and motor, all ok and after speaking to Samsung they advised to change main board, have changed this now and customer reports machine is still stopping mid cycle, it’s around 4/5 minutes into daily cycle.

Customer now now reports that the motor doesn’t turn properly, it’s juddery and only goes one way.

Has as anyone come across this before as I’m stumped and out of pocket for the main board.

    any help gratefully received.

    Cheers

    Jim

Hi Deltra, have already changed the board on this one, now the drum just judders and does do a full rotation, I have reset the machine by turning off for 30 mins and tried to run the calibration mode but it won’t complete as the drum won’t rotate, any one got any ideas?

    Thanks

    Jim

Its normally the main PCB, but if you changed that check the wiring to the motor, if that’s ok, its the motor. I have had both these fail with the same symptoms.
