KeymasterI have a schrieber (half size) fridge with an MDF front panel on the door. The bottom hinge has finally broken (cracked), and it looks simple enough to replace, but i can’t find one anywhere!!! 🙄
Any suggestions for good schreiber spare parts would be most helpful.
Thank you in advance! 😀

Model number please 😀
It should be inside the fridge somewhere, probably next to the salad bin.

There’s no such thing as a universal fridge hinge.
If it’s the “fairly common” Merloni manufactured fridge, we have the hinges right here in the UKW shop, it’s possible one of these two:

Best to check though, there’s 100’s of different types 😉
Dave.
Thanks for the comments BTW 😀

Yeah sorry for mentioning a rival on the forum. 😯 I found the forum through a search and took a little while for me to realise you guys do spares and just about everything else, apologies. 😳
Anyway i’m new to all things cold (really?!? Ed.), and I think this is the model number:
APM 6325 SX

In that case, the hinges you saw on appliance parts and the link I provided are the correct one’s.
Don’t forget to check upper right, lower left etc before ordering, they are different hinges but look identical 😉

eerrm bottom right/ top left corresponds to the view as you look at the fridge…….. so if i have a door with the handle on the right (right hand opener) and the bottom bracket is gone, then will i need a bottom left bracket????
God i’m a newbie. 😳

Ok so the hinge arrived. I took the MDF cover off and the fridge door, fitted the hinge nicely, screwed the MDF back on only to discover the top hinge is cracked as well……. DOH!
So that’ll be a top left one then……. bugger.

KeymasterHiya,
Dave’s out for a bit today but I’m sure he should be able to swap that for you if you pop that one back. 😉
He’s not a bad sod really.
