how you have to change brushes when some dork plastered the wall so there is not enough room to get the machine out

That looks like a Beko? That is the way I changed brushes on the ISE made by Beko 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time, plus most other Beko machines. 😉
I think they call it an “innovative use of space” whilst anyone to work in such places thinks the plonker that dreamed that up is a waste of space.

the machine is resting on the first stair and i was having a job trying to stop it falling off. Customer climbed right over the back of the tumble dryer and lent over the dryer to lift it back up

no dryer on top but how he got in there to get it off and on i dont know. when i left the washer was in front of the dryer. He would then have to lift the dryer up and slide them both back
landlord just told him to break it up to get it out then find a slimmer machine lol
