    I’ve ordered a drum paddle ( part number: : DC66-00831A ).

    When I went to fit it it seems it’s screwed in from the other side of the drum.

    Their does not appear to be any access to the screw through the sump hose or the steam hose so it seems it’s a tub out and split job!.

    Has anyone else managed to replace this part pain free?

    If it has a breather hose from the tub to the soap dispenser it can be accessed from there, failing that its a tub split.

    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for replying, there is a breather hose / steam hose that goes from the dispenser to the top of the drum but it doesn’t line up with the screw unfortunately.


    Going to re- quote customer for a tub removal job, there going to be overjoyed!!
