We have a 4 year old Britannia Range Oven – Model RC-10TG-QL-S.
The Friday before Christmas week, it appears that the heating element in the fan oven has gone, as it now trips the RCD circuit every time we turn it on, whereas the side oven works fine.
The main problem we have is finding the right part – no website seems to specify the correct heating element for this particular model – can anyone tell us the part we need and most importantly, how we can possibly get it before close of play Monday!! Happy to drive somewhere to get one (from SG1 6AR).
