    Hi all,

    All of a sudden my Zanussi ZDF21001NA started showing me the Salt low indicator light every few days (it had actually used a tonne of salt) and in addition to that I’m often getting loads where the glasses are totally cloudy/milky, I mean totally opaque. I also have noticed some cutlery showing rust where there was none of this before.

    Can anyone give me any tips please?

    this is obviously a fault in the water softener system of the machine. possibly a stuck valve

    thanks Dave, I’m finding it tricky to find documentation on where this water softener assembly is in my dishwasher, any tips on what i’m looking for please?

    the water softener on any dishwasher is where you put the salt
