    Hi guys. Can’t figure this out. Have cleared out drain filter and drain hose. All clear. Machine drains fine when run empty (did several tests with just water) but will not drain with a load. After some trying, it quits and shows E20. Any ideas??? Thanks

    have you checked the sump hose is not blocked where it comes out of the drum and that it does not kink with a load in it (drum is lower under load)

    Thanks very much, Dave. I don’t know how to see/access the sump hose. Where would I find it? Thanks

    hose from the pump to the drum.
