    Hi

    got a cx that is complaining of the dishes not coming out dry had a new heater fitted and a new eco cross memeber all components on the machine are with in the values set out in the service Manual, when the self test is activated the last know error is F01 which is not a listed error code?!? But it passes the self diagnostics with no failures, can’t seem to figure it out? Anyone experienced andythibg similar??

    with new type of dishwashers the rinse aid used becomes an important part of the drying process. check the programme they are using as some programme on some units don’t dry

    Hi, thanks for the response, I checked with the cx and the programmes his using have a dry function tho he uses all in one tablets no actual rinse aid maybe that’s a problem?!?, out of the 5-6 cycles only 3 don’t have a dry function he assured me his not using them

    too much rinse aid is bad but you could add rinse aid and turn the dose down and see if it improves
