    afternoon all,

    i have just just replaced the control module on the following machine

    Electrolux EWX147410W
    914606034/01

    the original board had gone dead so I ordered a replaced configured unit from connect, fitted this today and when you turn the machine on the display energises but nothing is displayed. Do you think I have an unconfigured board or is it a dud? Does anyone know the process of configuring these boards? Also when you turn it to select a program sometimes it doesn’t turn on.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Have you checked for low insulation on the appliance,this can cause this fault

    Just to check

    the part number of the pre configured board should be

    97391460 60 34-01 / 0

    if they have sent you 132 67 99-82 / 0 then it is not configured
