Hi All,
Got called to this machine about a week ago. Customer saying the dryer very quickly goes through the cycle without drying properly. I checked for error codes and found E73. I called back yesterday and changed the dryer duct ntc but had a call back today saying its still the same.
I called in lunch time and when set on the dry setting the dryer fan and element come on for around 15 seconds then it stops. It then starts going again about 5 seconds later but with no power to the element, the fan keeps running but no heat and then skips through the time.I have meggered the dryer element and it’s fine.
Anyone got any ideas on this one?Thanks,
RayI called back to this one today and sure both the wires had broken. I repaired them just to see if it would work again but its just the same as it was before. The E73 error still comes up. Do you have to clear the error code for it to work again?
