Hi just had a very difficult job diagnosing this w/d and though i would share it, The customer said the machine was noisy on spin , easy i thought , however the machine is only three years old and making an intermittent scraping noise ,So i opened the door and rotated the drum no noise ! after running it on spin the noise started so i took off the belt again no noise on spin any way to cut a long story short i tried a s/h motor and it was cured anyone had a similar experience thanks John
You need to try it again with a full wet load..as it could be the drum spider cracked. only shows under load…
