beko dryer DCX83100W

Customer has problems with this from new (now 18 months old) sometimes cuts out sometimes takes long time to start, now not starting. Screen displays program,start button works and pauses when pressed again, senses door is opened child lock works but machine just doesnt start. heater tests ok heater ntc 30k front ntc 20k .looks like board or am I missing something?
