It fills and pumps out okay. The spray arm turn. doesn’t seem to be heating. The tap light illuminates . No water is leaking into the base. Any ideas?

assume you have checked heater for contiuity

with water light have you checked reed sw pt no 00611317 or you can just solder in a new reed sw rs part no 362-2495

am thinking if it thinks its not full it may not heat

Thanks Dave. I took the integrated door and bottom plynth off but did not remove it from the housing to get to the heater. I didn’t want to remove the machine until i had ran this fault past yourselves in case it was a common pcb fault. Thanks again.

Can you top up these models with a couple of litres of water or does it need to enter via the flow meter where the water enters.

the reed switch counts the water as it enters, acts like a water meter does for your house. so unless it comes through the sw it cant be registered by the computer. ( there is no pressure sw)

so to answer your question no you cant add water and expect it to work
