The above machine is permanently displaying E19.
The only information on an E19 code for a BSH washing machine is this: https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/support/121_washers_dryers/errors/e19-or-f19
    “Error E19 / F19 Heating time exceeded”

The element and wiring loom checks out OK. As I get the error immediately I cannot check for power at the element. The power module looks OK.

I have checked the other components in the machine and can’t find any other problems so am thinking this is most likely a fault with the power module.

AS this error comes on as soon as the machine is switched on can it be reset?

Is there anything else I may have missed?

this is a shot in the dark. i have twice been to a whirlpool washer which instantly threw up a heating related fault. closer inspection revealed the heater relay on the pcb had stuck in the on position. never had this on a bosch but theres always a first time i suppose.
