Problem, dryer does not get up to heat.
Error code E60 comes up after about 30 mins
NTC sensor seems to be okay. (tested resistance hot and cold)
There is however a facility in engineering mode
Shows ‘ELE’ in the display. This test runs for about 10 mins and the heater works perfectly.
The drum motor also seems to run perfectly.
I have followed the 3 pink heater supply cables back to the main board.
There no bad or dry joints.
I am thinking the voltage to the heater in test mode is supplied via different relay ?
Maybe on board relay fault. Without circuit diagrams
It would be difficult to know the function of each specific relay.
Anyone have any ideas

in engineering mode in knob position 10 it will give you the exact fault code and it would be helpful to have the PNC number as there are 17 machines with this model number

Is that e30 or e32 ?
Also any idea of the location of the humidity sensor. I j
know where the NTC sensor is.
Thanks Davethe drum is split into 2 halves electrically. when wet clothes bridge this gap it allow the board to sense the moisture content of the washing
you need to check there is nothing shorting the drum halves
DaveWow great information. I have checked the drum and it appears to be solid and not split . I did however find a dual strip behind the fluff filter which I think is a moisture sensor. I have tried to upload a picture but, when I try the web site says exceeds PHP’s 2mb yet the file size is only 0.5 mb

Looks like this model has the conductivity/humidity sensor behind the fluff filter (not the split drum arrangement).
I removed the sensor and found a build up of fluff around the spade connectors. I thoroughly cleaned the whole sensor using pure alcohol and a tooth brush. The dryer is now getting up to heat in normal mode.
Dryer has been run twice on cupboard dry cycle with out any errors and perfectly dry towels and jeans.
Many thanks for your time in suppling the information about the specific fault code, which pointed me in the direction, to be able to find the fault.

Just been to same model with same error (E60). I found a load of fluff, some dry, some wet, in the front fan wheel housing and around thermistor. Didn’t find humidity sensor though, is it in the same area?
Told to customer to see how they go. If they call me back I’ll have to look at that sensor. Also what is the sequence to go in and out of engineering mode? I tried various button combination without success.
