Beko Washing machine WTG620M1W only 6 months old but lost the receipt, reported not heating but tested on a wash and it heated,
they insisted it doesn’t heat on daily quick wash 30c which is the only one they use, so tested and it did not heat seemed to move off wash within 10 minutes,
if it’s PCB it’s special order on Connect.
Anyone one across this problem.have checked tech but does not say if it heats or not
find out where they bought it from
pay cash or card if card there will be a record on the cc bill
if retailer supplied and delivered they may well have a record

It’s marked as Daily Quick 30 , the landlord is a builder who does properties and buys machines from EBay and small shops and cannot remember where he got from .
Is their any BEKO engineers who can confirm it should go to 30c
