Zanussi washer dryer error code E20

Hi all, need some help, I’ve a washer dryer, it’s Zanussi Electrolux Jetsystem 1400 6kg….I keep getting error code E20 coming up, I’ve pulled the filter plug out which obviously flooded the kitchen, nothing was blocking it, the water all drained out but when putting wash on again, same thing keeps happening….I can’t really afford to get a repair man out or buy a new one, so any help on how I can resolve this issue would be absolutely appreciated.
